Nespresso: "See Mornings In A New Light"

 

To launch the brand's new breakfast coffees, we took a social-first approach, leveraging Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to announce the news. On Instagram, we created an immersive grid experience, which provided consumers with 21 unique pieces of content, that also communicated our larger, holistic brand message. And on Twitter, we created a custom response program that provided both brand loyalists and potential customers with personalized video messages. Facebook was used to house all of our original content, including four unique recipe videos, breakfast inspiration and product information.

Through a series of ongoing initiates and unique media buys, such as out-of-home, targeted social content, and online digital support, Nespresso sought to educate its consumers and potential customers on their three core pillars: their ongoing sustainability efforts, high-quality product offerings, and unparalleled customer service experience.
